The Brazos Thorny Blackberry bush is an upright bush, originating as a Texas blackberry plant selection. The Brazos blackberry bushes are erect-growing, meaning that this blackberry plant does not require a trellis to grow on. The Brazos blackberry is sweetest when it is grown in the full sun. This blackberry ripens in June and tastes sweet with an intense floral aroma and a soft thin skin releases juicy flavors with a jet-black color. The Brazos Blackberry plant is drought resistant &bul; a definite advantage in Texas - and heavy bearing, and especially in the other Western States. The Brazos Blackberry plants in June and July continuously produce large juicy berries with a distinctive identifiable flavor that is delicately balanced between the sweet and sour tones, and this classic blackberry bush cultivar originated in Texas in 1959.

Delivery Time: Blackberry and Raspberry bushes are shipped dormant usually December through April, weather dependent, shipping within ten business days from when the order was placed, while in the current shipping season. The actual delivery time will usually be within four to seven days following the date of shipping by Ty Ty Plant Nursery. Shipping Method: UPS Ground and Motor Freight if the proper arrangements have been made by the customer prior to shipping. Shipping costs do apply on Motor Freight shipments, not covered by any sales promotions.
