Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If your status is not answered, call us during normal business hours. Our call volume starts to slow down toward the end of the day, and we are more capable to check the status of orders at that time. If you call anytime beforehand, please allow a reasonable time to return your call with the status of your order. Depending on the amount of calls we have, we will try to return your call within the same day.

If you do not receive your order within two weeks of ordering, please call 888-758-2252 to get an update on the status of your order.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Contact us toll free at 888-758-2252 during normal business hours to make any order modifications, as this can not be done online. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Any order can be canceled or modified by the customer prior to the product being dug and processed for shipping. In the event of such cancellation, the customer will be refunded the entire purchase price paid. However, once the ordered product has been dug and processing for shipping has commenced, a customer can still cancel an order, but a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be reduced from the refund of the purchase price paid. Once the ordered product has been dug and processing for shipping commenced, we can not modify the order.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. You should receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Contact us toll free at 888-758-2252 for up to date tracking information, please wait ten business days before inquiring for a tracking number.

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.Email questions@tytyga.com for any questions about about orders received from Ty Ty Nursery.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If an item is missing contact us toll free at 888-758-2252, to have the item shipped or refunded.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Ty Ty Plant Nursery will contact you via email if a product is back-ordered or out of stock. We will request you contact us to discuss your options. Once notified we will discuss substitutions, or completely removing the product to not hold up the entire order.
