The Blue (Henon) Bamboo Tree is the most beautiful member of the Phyllostachys family and is drought and freeze resistant, and the bamboo poles of the Blue (Henon) Bamboo Tree are very valuable for construction. The blue-green appearance of the Blue Henon Bamboo Tree is very striking in the landscape, and is a fast-growing and spreading bamboo tree that can grow to 50 ft. tall. The stems of the Blue Henon Bamboo Tree may grow to 3 in. in diameter, and this tree was imported from China in 1909.
• The Blue (Henon) Bamboo Tree grows up to 55 ft. tall with culms 3 1/2 in. in diameter and is cold hardy to -5F. The Blue (Henon) Bamboo Tree becomes more blue as the plant matures and thickens, and originaly is a green bamboo tree that produces a white-bluish powder on the stems.

Delivery Time: Bamboo Plants are shipped October through May and should ship within ten business days from when the order was placed. The actual delivery time will usually be within four to seven days following the date of shipping by Ty Ty Plant Nursery.
