The (Male) Cowart Muscadine Grape Vine produces a juicy and delicious muscadine grape that will be perfect for eating when fresh off the vine. Cowart Muscadines produce grapes with colors ranging from deep purple to nearly black. Cowart Muscadine Grape Vines are grown in large commercial vineyards as a male pollinator that is very productive and also ripens early. Female grapes require cross-pollination to bear fruit, so don't forget to plant a male pollinator variety like the Cowart nearby to pollinate the female muscadines. Native Cowart Muscadine grapes are more disease resistant than the traditional European Grape vines, making them perfect for planting in your edible garden.
