The (Male) Dixie Scuppernong Grape Vine is self-pollinating, and the vine is vigorous, and it develops a light yellow color as it begins its ripening and matures into a desirable red to purple color. Dixie Scuppernong Grapes always taste best when harvested fresh from the vine, and the quality, and the taste of the Dixie scuppernong grape itself and the flavorful juice also is excellent to drink.
